How does it work?

Let’s chat about where you are currently with your daily routine and what you want to achieve.  I will assess for any muscular imbalances and as your Personal Trainer, I will create custom workouts that align with your goals, and your movement assessments to put you back on track to proper movement, posture, and flexibility!

As your Nutrition Coach, I will create custom nutrition targets based on your needs and what you want to achieve.  You can track your meals through my app, and I will give feedback and support to help you stay accountable!

Custom Workouts!

I design customized 30–60 minute workouts tailored to your goals and muscular assessments. Each plan considers your past injuries and the equipment you have available—whether at home or in the gym. I’ll also guide you through proper form for every exercise, so you can train safely and effectively.

Custom Nutrition Coaching!

Your nutrition targets are customized to your daily needs, ensuring you have the energy to power through your day and crush your workouts. Log your meals in the app, and I’ll provide feedback to keep you on track and accountable.

Check-ins, Tracking, and Support!

In addition to in-app messaging and regular check-ins, we have weekly coaching calls (video or in-person) to ensure your program stays aligned with your needs and goals.
